If you believe that the products you purchased have a manufacturing defect, flaw, or performance issue, you can request an inspection within 30 days from the date you received the product.

Technical inspections of products sold through Sporgym.com are not carried out directly by us. All inspection processes are conducted by the authorized services and inspection units of the respective brands.

Products for which an inspection request has been made are forwarded to the official distributors of the brands in Turkey and evaluated by expert teams in accordance with international quality standards.

As a result of the inspection:

• If a defect due to manufacturing or material is detected in the product, the necessary actions will be initiated.
• If the problem is determined to be due to usage, the request may be denied.

Shipping costs for products sent within the scope of the inspection process are borne by the customer.
